The cottage is available all year round.
The fee for the cottage per week is £300.00 (10% discount on bookings for 2 or more weeks). There is a returnable security deposit of £150 per booking required against loss or damage to the property and/or contents.
Changeovers are on Saturdays; arrival not before 3pm, cottage to be vacated by 10.30am.
NB: Electricity, water and gas are included in the price. Fuel for the woodburner inc. during the winter months.
